Booking & pricing
How do I book a CABEE driver?
Fill in the online booking form in under 2 minutes: pick-up address, destination, date, time and number of passengers. You'll receive an email confirmation with the guaranteed fixed price and your driver's contact details.
Are prices fixed or metered?
All our prices are fixed and locked in at the time of booking. The price you see is the price you pay — no surcharges for traffic, tolls or airport waiting time.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) when booking, or pay cash directly to your driver at the end of the journey.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance. For very early departures (before 6am) or groups of more than 4 people, booking the day before is advised. We also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. Our vehicles accommodate up to 4 passengers (saloon) or 7 passengers (van/minibus). Simply enter the number of passengers when booking and we'll assign the right vehicle.
Do you offer corporate rates?
Yes. We offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, detailed journey receipts and preferential rates for volume bookings. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Airports & flights
Which airports do you serve?
We provide transfers to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris-Orly (ORY) and Beauvais-Tillé (BVA). We serve all terminals and arrival zones.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver monitors your flight in real time using the flight number you provide at booking. He automatically adjusts his arrival time at the airport — at no extra charge, even if the delay exceeds 2 hours.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, past baggage reclaim, holding a name sign with your name. For CDG, your exact terminal is specified in your confirmation. 60 minutes of free waiting time are included after landing.
How much luggage can I bring?
One checked suitcase plus one carry-on bag per passenger is included at no extra charge. For bulky items (skis, pushchairs, wheelchairs), please mention this at booking so we can assign the right vehicle.
Can you pick me up from home before the airport?
Yes, that's our standard service. Your driver comes to the address you provide — home, hotel or office — and drops you directly at your departure terminal.
Disneyland Paris & La Vallée Village
Do you serve Disneyland Paris?
That's our speciality. Based in Serris (Val d'Europe), just 5 minutes from Disneyland Paris, your driver knows every Disney hotel, every park entrance and every schedule. We handle station ↔ park, airport ↔ park and Paris ↔ Disneyland transfers.
Can I book a transfer to La Vallée Village?
Absolutely. La Vallée Village is 3 minutes from our base. We can drop you there and pick you up at your chosen time, or arrange a full private day combining shopping and sightseeing.
Do you offer shuttles from Paris to Disneyland?
Yes. We provide transfers from Paris (all districts and stations) to Disneyland Paris and La Vallée Village at a guaranteed fixed price. Journey time is approximately 45 minutes from central Paris.
Can you wait for us during our park visit?
Yes, we offer full private day hire: your driver stays on standby for the duration of your visit. Contact us for a bespoke quote based on your needs.
On board & vehicles
What vehicles do you use?
We use premium air-conditioned vehicles that are regularly serviced: Mercedes E/S-Class or Tesla Model 3 saloons for standard journeys, and Mercedes V-Class vans for groups. Mineral water is provided as standard.
Is Wi-Fi available on board?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all our vehicles on request. Perfect for business travellers or anyone who wants to stay connected during the journey.
Do you speak English?
Yes, your driver is fully bilingual in French and English. You can book, confirm and communicate in either language — from the reservation right through to the journey.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we have child seats suitable for all age groups (infant carrier, group 1/2/3). Please specify the child's age and weight when booking so we can provide the correct seat.
Cancellation & changes
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. Between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure, a cancellation fee applies. Within 2 hours or in the event of a no-show, the full fare is charged. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How do I change my booking?
Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes to your time or address, subject to vehicle availability.
What if I can't find my driver at the airport?
Call the number in your confirmation immediately. Your driver is reachable at all times and can guide you to the meeting point. In the unlikely event of an issue, we commit to finding an alternative solution for you.
