1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Ma Société and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") using the private hire vehicle services provided via the website cabee.fr or any other booking method (phone, WhatsApp, email).

Placing a booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Ma Société reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable Terms are those in force at the date of booking.

2. Parties

  • Service provider: CABEE (SASU), SIRET [Information à compléter], registered at [adresse à compléter].
  • Customer: any adult individual or legal entity making a booking with Ma Société.

3. Booking

3.1 Methods

Bookings can be made online via the booking form on cabee.fr, by WhatsApp or by email. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Ma Société (email or SMS).

3.2 Required information

The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information: pick-up address, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and number and size of bags. Ma Société accepts no liability for inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

4. Pricing

All prices are fixed, quoted in euros inclusive of all charges, and communicated before booking confirmation. They include pick-up at the agreed address, the agreed journey, toll and parking fees where necessary, 60 minutes of free waiting at airports (from actual landing time), and luggage assistance.

Prices do not include unplanned extras (unscheduled stops, additional waiting beyond the included allowance, mid-journey route changes).

5. Payment

5.1 Payment methods

Payment may be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure online payment platform, or in cash directly to the driver at the end of the journey.

5.2 Business invoicing

Business customers may request monthly invoicing on a quote basis. A purchase order or prior pricing agreement is required.

6. Cancellation & changes

6.1 Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: free cancellation, full refund if paid online.
  • Between 24 hours and 2 hours before pick-up: 50% of the journey price is charged.
  • Less than 2 hours before pick-up or no-show: 100% of the journey price is charged.

Cancellations must be notified in writing (email, SMS or WhatsApp) or by phone. The time of receipt of the message is taken as reference.

6.2 Changes by the Customer

Any change (time, address, number of passengers) must be communicated as soon as possible. Ma Société will do its best to accommodate changes subject to availability. A change resulting in a price revision will be confirmed in writing.

6.3 Cancellation by Ma Société

In the event of force majeure or proven impossibility of providing the service, Ma Société undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to propose an alternative solution or full refund.

7. Service delivery

7.1 Punctuality

Ma Société undertakes to be at the agreed address at the agreed time. For airport transfers, the driver tracks the flight in real time and adjusts arrival time accordingly at no extra charge.

7.2 Conduct on board

The Customer undertakes to behave respectfully towards the driver and not to damage the vehicle. In the event of damage caused to the vehicle, the Customer will be held liable for the cost of repairs.

7.3 Animals

Pets are only permitted in a transport cage and with the prior agreement of the driver.

7.4 Lost property

Ma Société will make its best efforts to return items left on board. Any costs incurred in doing so are the responsibility of the Customer.

8. Liability

Ma Société holds professional liability insurance and vehicle insurance appropriate for private hire activity. Ma Société is not liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events (extreme weather, road accidents beyond our control, strikes, etc.).

Ma Société's liability is limited to the amount of the journey in question, except in the case of personal injury.

10. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact Ma Société in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution at: [Information à compléter].

If no agreement is reached within 60 days, the Customer may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator: MEDICYS.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the service provider is registered.
